{"id":89,"date":"2025-06-30T15:17:09","date_gmt":"2025-06-30T15:17:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gerhardbelgraverfonds.nl\/?page_id=89"},"modified":"2026-01-22T09:40:40","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T09:40:40","slug":"over-ons","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gerhardbelgraverfonds.nl\/?page_id=89","title":{"rendered":"Over ons"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doelstelling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Artikel 3 van de Statuten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1 De  Stichting heeft ten doel het aankopen, verkrijgen, beheren en vervreemden van modern klassieke en hedendaagse kunst met internationaal perspectief voor de verzameling van Museum Boijmans van Beuningen en Het Groninger Museum, en voorts al hetgeen in de ruimste zin met \u00e9\u00e9n en ander verband houdt, daartoe behoort en\/of daartoe bevorderlijk kan zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.2 De Stichting tracht haar doel onder meer te bereiken door in de geest van de Oprichter Gerhard Belgraver, geboren te Amsterdam op negen december negentienhonderd veertig en overleden op 27 juni 2025, te handelen en deze te allen tijde te eerbiedigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.3 De Stichting heeft niet ten doel het maken van winst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 5 Bestuur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1 Het Bestuur bestaat uit een door het Bestuur te bepalen aantal van ten minste drie leden en wordt voor de eerste maal bij de oprichtingsakte benoemd. Vervolgens worden de bestuurders benoemd door het Bestuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artikel 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vergaderingen en besluiten Bestuur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1 De vergaderingen van het Bestuur worden gehouden op de van keer tot keer door het Bestuur te bepalen plaatsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.2 Ieder half jaar wordt ten minste \u00e9\u00e9n vergadering gehouden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.5 Aan de bestuurders kan geen beloning worden toegekend.
